The 3 month weigh in

- Alcohol free, since Dec 31st
- Weight: 12st 4lbs (a further loss of 9lbs, it seems, in the last month)
- 18lbs/ 8.2kg/ 1.4 stones lost since first weigh in, on Jan 3rd (@ >1lbs/ wk)

How am I achieving this? It's not easy I can tell you that much:

Little/ No Exercise:

you need 1996 Calories/day to maintain your weight
you need 1496 Calories/day to lose 1 lb per week
you need 996 Calories/day to lose 2 lb per week

Light Exercise 1-3x/ Wk:


you need 2287 Calories/day to maintain your weight
you need 1787 Calories/day to lose 1 lb per week
you need 1287 Calories/day to lose 2 lb per week

I am hungry ... often. But at least the headline figure of 18lbs weight lost gives me something to show for my efforts...
